We ship our products using trusted air couriers (DHL, FedEx, and Blue Dart) to make sure they reach you safely. We ship from our warehouses in New Delhi and Mumbai. Every order is fully insured during transit at no extra cost to you.

Orders are cataloged and authorized within 24 hours of checkout. Once authorization succeeds:

Our shipping tariff structures are straightforward:

• Across India: Absolutely free. All insurances and state transit taxes are covered by Alpha Vastra Vaibhav.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight parameters. Flat rate of ₹2,500 (~$30 USD) applies to cart orders below ₹15,000. Orders above ₹15,000 enjoy complimentary global delivery.

We aim for absolute satisfaction. If your received weave does not align with your design vision, we accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the delivery timestamp.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

• The garments must remain completely unworn, unwashed, and unpleated.
• Original Silk Mark cards, price tags, and the security loop cord must remain intact and uncut.
• Items that have undergone custom blouse stitching, neck alteration, or custom drape fall attachments are ineligible for return.

Once the returned package reaches our central quality control hub:

1. Our handloom assessors verify the fabric identity within 48 hours of intake.
2. Upon authorization, the refund is initiated to your original bank card or payment wallet.
3. Refund values appear in your account statement within 5 to 7 banking days depending on your banking institution. No credit notes are forced; we refund pure capital.

In the rare event that a package is punctured, damp, or torn in transit, please refuse acceptance from the courier and document photograph credentials.

If you open the box and locate an internal thread snag or structural defect, notify our support line within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a swift priority pickup and dispatch an identical replacement piece immediately.
