We strive for pixel-perfect depiction of our physical handlooms. However, due to the organic nature of natural dyes and screen color profile variations:

• Slight shade disparities between product photos and physical textiles are expected and serve as validation of pure, organic dyes.
• Pure hand-knitted weaves feature tiny knots and slight variations in the thread density; these are not fabric flaws but marks of authentic, non-mechanized human craftsmanship.

All catalog pricing on our website is documented in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable GST components unless specified otherwise.

We reserve full rights to adjust pricing structures without prior announcement, reflecting raw yarn supply shifts, zari metal standard pricing indices, or tax modifications.

Order receipts triggered by our system represent an intent to purchase, not a final binding sales contract. Alpha Vastra Vaibhav preserves the absolute right to cancel or void any order transaction under circumstances such as inventory depletion, structural flaws detected during fall inspections, or suspicious card behaviors.

Patrons may cancel standard orders within 12 hours of payment by emailing our support desk.

Any orders that have already passed physical transit handoffs or entered final fall stitching, edge binding, or customized embroidery tailoring cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We offer a complimentary 7-day return policy for standard, unaltered items. Returns are fully processed back to the original bank source once the physical package is received and verified at our quality control center. By completing a purchase, you guarantee that the payment details provided are legitimate and authorized. If any payment transaction triggers a chargeback from your financial institution, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your profile registry.

Every element featured on our digital domains—including logos, photography, fabric weave patterns, custom text configurations, icons, code structures, and brand name registries—represents the proprietary assets of Alpha Vastra Vaibhav Private Limited.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Alpha Vastra Vaibhav and its directors, artisans, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, wedding delays, or personal coordination challenges) arising from the usage of, or inability to access, our online boutiques or products.

Our total legal liability for any transaction-related claim shall never exceed the raw monetary amount paid by the customer for that specific purchase.
